Belt dryer for foodstuffs
The food belt dryer is designed for continuous drying of products from the food industry. It can be used, among other things, for drying vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, chips, flakes, etc. The dryer's construction and drying process ensure low energy consumption.
Fertilizer coating drum
The fertilizer is coated in the rotary drum chamber. The product is fed into the drum via the inlet and then transported to the outlet by the rotating motion of the chamber, which is inclined towards the outlet. The chamber is equipped with scrapers on the inside and roller rings on the outside. The coating drum is a continuously operating automatic machine.
Production line for eggshell powder
Depending on the delivery method, the eggs are unpacked and transported to the washing station, where they are washed under high pressure and then rinsed with warm water. After centrifuging, they go to the mill, where they are pre-ground, which supports the subsequent processes: drying and sterilizing. The eggshells are dried and sterilized using a screw dryer, and the grinding process takes place in a sieve mill. The shredded eggshells are transported to the buffer tank and packed into big bags or 25 kg bags.
