LEB/RB Weigh Module for Beam Type
The LEB/RB weighing module is a high impact resistant module for tank, silo, reactor, conveyor, and platform scales.
The LEB/RB weighing module can be installed without a load cell. This way, there is no risk of damage to the load cell during assembly and welding work. A defective load cell can be replaced easily and quickly. The module can be used in tanks with a slow-running mixer. The construction is provided with a support to prevent overturning.
Painted, galvanized, and stainless steel models are available, as well as models with a PVC coating for extremely corrosive, acidic environments.
BR110/BR110S Ring Type Load Cell
The BR110 and BR110S are compression-type load cells that are hermetically welded, have an IP68 protection class, and are designed for general weighing applications. They are available in alloy steel and stainless steel versions.
The stainless steel version BR110S is EU OIML C3-approved for capacities from 10-47 t. It can be used in high-capacity floor scales, tank scales, vessel weighing, and similar weighing applications.
The BR110HT version is widely used in weighing applications in high-temperature environments up to 150 °C, especially in the steel industry.
BX30Fill Filling Controller
The Baykon BX30Fill, a filling and packaging control system, is an advanced, smart, and economical device for use on various filling and packaging machines. Its configurable recipe creation function and smart filling algorithms offer significant advantages in use.
The most common filling and packaging applications fit into one of the 12 filling modes. Master-slave operation enables the setup and transfer of recipes to all BX30Fill slave controllers on the machine. Full control over multi-scale packaging machines is available.
