HIWAY's hoppers and small silos are solutions designed for the storage, dosing, and processing of bulk materials such as powders, granules, or lumps.
They are manufactured from carbon steel or stainless steel and can be used as intermediate storage, initial loading points, or final storage within complex production lines.
Hoppers and silos are essential links in feeding, conveying, and packaging systems and can be easily integrated with screw conveyors, belt conveyors, and big bag filling systems.
Cutpurses
Bag cutters are designed to meet the need for safely emptying bags of different sizes and to limit dust dispersion into the environment, ensuring workplace safety. These machines can be equipped with a suction hood connected to an extraction system to prevent dust dispersion.
There is also a mesh that acts as a support surface for the bag and ensures the safety of the operator during emptying.
Depending on the hazard and the specific needs of the customer, different models are available, some of which prevent direct contact between the operator and the dust, ensuring greater protection and safety.
Big bag unloading station
Hiway FIBC discharge stations are designed to safely empty big bags (FIBCs) of various sizes and limit the spread of dust in the environment, keeping the workplace clean.
The stations are manufactured from structural steel, are suitable for big bags up to 2,500 kg and can be loaded with a hoist or forklift.
Discharge is assisted by pneumatic massagers to promote an even material flow.
The big bag's spout is connected to a sealed discharge channel, preventing dust leakage and ensuring an accurate and clean discharge process.
